At the Boys & Girls Club of Massena, we see in our youth, future generations that have the desire and capacity to transform their communities! The Junior Staff Club is an opportunity for our teens to become involved in their community, while opening doors for their future.
What Junior Staff does:
As a “Junior Staff” Club member, you will be asked to participate in community service projects and activities that raise awareness in the Boys & Girls Club of Massena (BGCM), and demonstrate good character. You will also be permitted to attend the BGCM after school program from 3 – 6 pm, as a model of good behavior for the younger Club kids, assist staff when asked, and help to create a safe and fun environment for all Club members.
How Can I Become a Junior Staff Member?
Membership in the Junior Staff Club is determined solely by the Boys & Girls Club of Massena Chief Professional Officer. To be considered as a Junior Staff Club Member, you will need to read the Junior Staff Membership Agreement and meet with the CPO.
